We offer Free Express Shipping to the United States and Canada on all orders overf $100. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  Please note that any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Once shipped, most packages arrive within 1-3 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the location and size of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges. 

While customs issues are extremely rare, should your order experience any delays due to customs, we recommend contacting the customs office directly to resolve any outstanding fees or documentation. Our customer service team is available to assist if needed. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking page. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment. 

Over 99% of our packages arrive on time without any issues. However, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or natural disasters. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you in locating your package. 

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least one week before your baby formula or other essential products are needed. 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will help file a claim with the carrier and ensure that a replacement or refund is processed.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure payment options listed during checkout.

Yes! We source all of our products directly from trusted suppliers in Europe. We only sell authentic, high-quality baby formulas that meet European standards. We are committed to providing the best nutrition for your baby.

Yes, all of our formulas are certified Organic and GMO-free, meeting strict European standards. We take pride in offering clean, safe products for your baby’s nutrition. 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you realize there’s an issue with your order shortly after placing it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For the safety of all our customers and babies, we do not accept returns. Since all of our products are guaranteed fresh, accepting returns could potentially compromise the quality and safety of the product. 

However, we understand that situations can arise, and we are happy to offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
